El Mayoral is situated at the boulevard in Marbella. From the apartment - which is located on the fifth floor - you have amazing sea view and moreover you can hear the waves all the time. If you look the other way you have beautiful views over the mountains. The apartment has been partly refurbished in April 2014.
The apartment is located 10 meter from the beach, the supermarket is a 50 meter walk. The Old Town is just opposite the street. Restaurants are within a short walk (50 meter). We have made a selection of nice and good priced restaurants for you.
Under the building there is a private parking place available which is quite special in the centre of Marbella.
In case you come without a car the busstop is a 50 meter walk from the apartment. An airport pick up can be arranged for you upon request.
There are two swimming pools, one of them is located on the roof top with amazing seaviews. Sunbeds are available for free.
The terrace is with glass windows, the upper side can be opened completely to enjoy the sun and the sound of the waves.
There is a children's playground next to the building, opposite the building (at the boulevard) there are typical Spanish sports equipments.
